How TES Works

The TES process in four simple steps:

1) ENROLL - Appropriate official signs TES contract agreement, whether for an individual school or an entire district.

2) SEND - School uploads transcript data file to the TES secure servers.

3) EVALUATE - The system matches school data with UC's Course Management Portal (CMP) before evaluators review transcripts individually.

4) RETRIEVE - End users find student, school and/or district reports in their online accounts.
