- Students in grades 9-12 are included in the TES analysis. It is important to include all students at a school in the data upload so that trends and patterns can be identified over time.
- TES reports are generated twice annually: once during the fall and once during the spring. The fall reports evaluate all 9-12 graders enrolled in the prior school year and are most frequently used for A-G improvement strategy purposes. The spring reports include all 9-12 graders enrolled in the current school year and include second semester “work in progress” courses. The spring reports are most often used for student advisement and to inform course placement decisions.
