Support Services

Implementation resources and support help schools make the most of TES as an essential advising tool, and translate school-level progress reports into a college-readiness action plan for all enrolled students.

TES services include:

  • Implementation resources
  • District/school staff training
  • Assistance with course listing data alignment to CMP
  • Designated UCOP staff to assist with questions and/or data issues

Reports

TES personalized data reports help students and parents plan credits for college eligibility. Plus, TES streamlines transcript and GPA evaluation for counselors, giving them more time to engage with students.

TES reports include:

  • Student reports: Assessments of individual student progress, used by counselors to advise students and families.
  • Student rosters: Provide detail on individual students within a grade level, showing subject areas completed and those still needed to fulfill CSU/UC’s “a-g” requirements. These reports are used by school administrators to increase enrollment in college preparatory courses.
  • School summary reports: Aggregations of student-level data by school are used by school and district administrators to assess and improve course offerings.
  • District summary reports: Overall view of student performance toward meeting UC and CSU eligibility requirements within a district and across the schools in that district.
